Really useful if you have remote controlled Flashes. I use mine with a pocket Wizard and a Canon Flash Speedlite 580 EX II. Could also be compatible with other ones.

There is a small overhang to hold the flash. I added some support material at the inside of the overhang that can be easily removed with a knife. I printed it with ABS at 220° on a Cupcake CNC ultimate with HBP (sanded kapton surface) and it worked fine.
